THE KIT INCLUDES:
- Peak marquee tent 10’ x 10’:measuring
10’ x 10’, the tent will be fixed on the ground by 4 barrels
filled with water. It includes 2 side windows (1 on the side - 1 in
the back).
The shelter is resistant to bad weather (winds, rain,
etc.).
The tent’s frame can be used to hang your works.
- Identification: the
booth will be numbered and identified with your name and city;
- Promotion & program: your name and booth number will appear in FIMA’s official program
(20,000 free copies).
- WEB Promotion: you will have a full page on FIMA’s Web site, including a photo
of one of your works, your artist statement, a hyperlink and/or e-mail.

You can store your works in a container every night
at 10:00 pm and recuperate them in the morning, starting at 11:00 am.
You will have an assigned space measuring 5’L x 3’Lg x 8’H,
identified with your name. The containers are installed at specific
cross streets.
You can rent a perforated surface made of two 6’H
x 4’L panels attached together (total dimension: 6’H x 8’L).
It will be installed under the canopy. Bring your hooks to facilitate
the hanging of your works.
